Are there different grades of tarmac?

Yes. A tarmac driveway is made up of different layers of tarmac. A larger size stone is used in the base course tarmac. The wearing course has a smaller stone size depending on the application and client requirements.

How long does a tarmac drive last?

Tarmac driveways last extremely well and you can expect many years use from it before it will need resurfacing.

How long before I can use the driveway after it has been laid?

Depending on the weather we usually allow 24 hours before trafficking.

What edgings can I have?

Brick or granite sett edgings are always a popular choice but there are many options available to you. We can provide edging samples to you to help you decide.
